The Woodpeckers Setup Blocks provide precise physical references to gauge the height of a cutter or the position of a fence. Selecting the clearly marked block with the desired dimension, placing it beside the machine tooling, and adjusting accordingly, allows users to utilize both sight and touch to dial in a perfect fit. The generous 4-inch length of the blocks eliminates the problem of reading a critical depth of cut on a circular saw blade, as it makes the top dead center obvious.

Woodpeckers Setup Blocks work great for dialing in the precise height of router bits, setting up cutting depth on the drill press, and providing a nice physical reference for setting fence distance from the blade. The blocks can also be used to check the width of dadoes, grooves, and rabbets.

Available in both inch and metric sets, the Jumbo Set includes a total of 42 individual blocks. The 13-Piece Inch Set, for example, includes blocks in the following sizes: 1x2x4", 1/32", 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 3/16", 7/32", 1/4", 3/8", 15/32", 1/2", 23/32", and 3/4".

Machined from aircraft-grade aluminum within a tolerance of 0.001" for dimension, flatness, and squareness, the Woodpeckers Setup Blocks are precisely made and carefully inspected at the company's facility in Strongsville, Ohio, just south of Cleveland.
